Increase tractor rpm, check engine and PTO speeds. If necessary remove and replace the bearings from the rotor using presses esries extractors. The belts for proper tension. The spindle bearings have been greased. Make no repair or miwers with the tractor engine running. Grease all areas indicated under Maintenance. Lower mower to the ground with the tractor rock shaft control lever. Remove front nuts holding central plate.
Allow no riders on tractor or mower.
It is up to him to assure that the machine is in perfect condition and ready to be used. Refer to your tractor manual for PTO engagement and disengagement instructions. Daily and periodic lubrication, maintenance and inspections. Attach the driveline chains fronteir the tractor and to the mower to keep the driveline protection from turning. With rubber mallet, tap on the top of the spindle to set the bearings. Before working on frontidr machine, disengage the PTO, shut off the engine, set the brakes, and remove the ignition key.
Once engaged and ready to start cutting, raise PTO speed to rpm and maintain throughout cutting operation. Blades properly installed, blade bolts and nuts tightened. The roller is particularly helpful when grioming over uneven terrain.
